MaskMate Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to purchases made through the MaskMate website operated by MaskMate Pty Ltd.

Products

We aim to ensure that all product descriptions, images, prices and information displayed on our website are accurate. Product appearance or packaging may occasionally vary from images shown online.

Orders and Payment

All prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. Payment must be successfully completed before an order is processed.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where there has been an obvious pricing or product information error, suspected fraudulent activity, or where a product is unavailable. If payment has already been taken for an order we cannot fulfil, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Shipping

Orders are shipped to the delivery address supplied by the customer. Delivery times provided are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Product Use

MaskMate CPAP cleaning products should be used according to the directions and warnings provided on the product packaging. Customers should read the product instructions before use.

Returns and Refunds

Returns, refunds and remedies are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable Australian Consumer Law.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

MaskMate branding, logos, product images and other original website content may not be reproduced or used for commercial purposes without permission from MaskMate Pty Ltd, except where permitted by law.

Changes

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The version published on our website at the time of purchase will apply to that purchase.
